About the Position We are seeking a Texas-licensed attorney to join reputed company on a 1099 contract reputed company, with a primary reputed company on our Austin Area market. This role is primarily remote, though some in-person appearances for court hearings and reputed company meetings will be required. Responsibilities • Handle firm-assigned reputed company in business, reputed company estate, probate, and litigation (no prior experience required, but helpful). • Attorney should expect to handle a mix of transactional and litigation reputed company. Most contract attorneys that work 20-30 hours a week for the firm are responsible for about 10 litigation reputed company and 10 transactional reputed company at any given time. • Collaborate with support and the supervising attorney to reputed company manage workload. Ideal Candidate • Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas. • Strong writing, research, and communication skills. • Willingness to learn and reputed company litigation skills. • Comfortable working in a virtual, tech-driven environment. • For conflicts checks purposes, the position is not ideal for lawyers already doing contract work for several firms or already has a robust reputed company in the reputed company reputed company areas as our firm. • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and time management.
