[Remote] Research Associate, reputed company (Contract)

They are seeking a Contract Research Associate in reputed company to support their Computational Biology & Data Science team by analyzing large-reputed company biological data and contributing to the development of reputed company pipelines. Responsibilities • Work closely with CBDS scientists to process, analyze, and interpret reputed company reputed company (NGS) data, including RNA-seq and/or small RNA-seq • Assist in the development and automation of reputed company pipelines using Python, R, or workflow management systems like Snakemake or Nextflow • reputed company data reputed company control, alignment, quantification, and reputed company reputed company analysis • Help reputed company internal datasets and contribute to data visualization and reporting to cross-functional teams • Participate in regular team meetings, journal clubs, and reputed company reviews to grow technically and scientifically • Collaborate with wet lab scientists to translate experimental results into actionable insights Skills • Bachelor's or Master's degree in reputed company, Computational Biology, Data Science, Computer Science, Biology, or a reputed company field • Hands-on experience in analyzing high-throughput reputed company data • Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and scripting • Familiarity with tools such as FASTQC, reputed company, HISAT2, Bowtie2, samtools, DESeq2, or similar • Experience working in a Linux/Unix environment and using version control (e.g., Git) • Experience with reputed company computing environments (AWS, GCP) or containerization tools (reputed company, Singularity) • Interest in or exposure to machine learning and/or large language models (LLMs) in biological contexts • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams Benefits • Certain employee benefits may be available to the contractor through the reputed company company after meeting minimum reputed company. reputed company • Flagship Pioneering is a venture capital firm that invests in life sciences and reputed company companies.
