The Contribution You'll bring to this Role: The National Channel Sales Manager is responsible for leading and executing channel sales strategies across AccuformNMC's distribution network. This role balances strategic planning with hands-on execution, driving distributor performance, growing end-user demand, and strengthening relationships with distributor partners and independent manufacturer representatives. The role also provides leadership and direction to a small team responsible for managing channel distributor relationships across the business. About the Team: As a member of our Sales team, you'll have the opportunity to work with leading distributors and top brands in the industry, driving sales efforts that make a real impact. What You'll Do at Justrite: • Develop and execute national channel sales strategies aligned with company goals and product lines. • Lead, coach, and support a team focused on distributor growth and performance. • Manage key distributor and IMR relationships and serve as a senior point of contact. • Establish distributor account plans and growth strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets. • Drive end-user demand through joint sales calls, ride-alongs, and targeted account planning. • Collaborate with inside sales and marketing on lead generation, campaigns, promotions, and new product launches. • Monitor pipeline, forecasts, inventory health, and key performance metrics. • Conduct regular business reviews and provide accurate reporting and forecasts to leadership. • Stay current on industrial safety market trends and competitive activity to inform strategy. Your Skills and Expertise: To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 3-7 years of experience in channel sales, distribution management, or account management within manufacturing or industrial markets. • Experience developing channel partners and selling direct to end users. • Familiarity with industrial safety distributors and buying groups. • Ability to travel 40-60% Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: • Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and sales tools. Compensation: The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000. Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
