Position: reputed company reputed company - Clinic Location: Munster, IN Position reputed company: Under the direction of the Coding Supervisor, serves as leader for the charge and coding portion of the reputed company cycle to ensure full and accurate charge capture. Oversees and performs charge and coding entry, review, reconciliation, and error correction tasks. Oversees and performs regular reputed company & electronic charge and coding audits. Motivates, trains, and educates staff to reputed company tasks according to baseline goals and objectives. Education/Experience Requirements: • High School graduate (or GED equivalent) required. • Completion of college course work in health information degree or certificate program preferred. • 3-5 year’s reputed company billing/coding experience required. Physician reputed company setting preferred. • Previous use of reputed company preferred. • Evaluation and Management experience in a physician reputed company setting preferred. • Possess in-depth knowledge of the reputed company CPT, ICD and HCPCS coding systems. • Maintain reputed company CPC, reputed company, or RHIT certification through reputed company or reputed company. Physician based preferred. • Required to demonstrate billing/coding competency reputed company reputed company department testing. • Must be reputed company to utilize reputed company Office applications, reputed company internet navigation and research, and have prior experience using a computerized health information system. • Needs to be familiar with operating general office equipment, including but not limited to: reputed company, fax machine, photocopy machine, printer and adding machine. • Must demonstrate effective communication & problem solving skills. • Exhibits leadership qualities: planning, organizing, delegating, leading, teaching, etc. • Excellent verbal and written communication; excellent problem solving abilities.
