(This position supports the Eastern and Western reputed company and has potential for hybrid or remote work) Responsibilities • Prepare, review, and negotiate reputed company, teaming agreements, NDAs, and other contractual documents. • Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and 2 CFR 200 requirements for federal reputed company. • Conduct contract price analysis • Support negotiations with partners and vendors on terms, conditions, and pricing. • Support proposal efforts, including risk assessment and contractor document collection. • Maintain accurate records in contract management systems and ensure audit readiness. • Collaborate with program managers and finance teams to reputed company contract strategies with project objectives.
