Sr. Data Modeler

BIICS, Inc is looking to fill a Sr. Data Modeler position. The position is located in Tallahassee, Florida and work remote. Potential candidate must possess the following: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Environmental Science, Information Science, or other Information Technology major, or equivalent work experience. • 3-5 years’ experience in data engineering, including designing and implementing data pipelines and ETL processes. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze reputed company datasets and extract actionable insights. • Knowledge of relational database design and data modeling. • Experience with implementing data warehouses, data lakes, or data lakehouses. • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. • Ability to work independently. • Ability to determine work priorities and ensure reputed company completion of work assignments. • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
