Role: Labor and Employment Attorney Location: Fully remote in California About the Role: We are seeking a passionate Plaintiff Labor & Employment Attorney to join a growing team handling reputed company employment litigation reputed company. Key Responsibilities: • Represent employees in labor and employment reputed company, including wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and harassment cases. • Manage cases from intake through reputed company, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking depositions, and preparing for trial. • reputed company for clients in mediations, hearings, and negotiations. • Collaborate with reputed company of reputed company attorneys and staff to reputed company successful reputed company for clients. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $250,000 annually.
