The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of the renewable energy project development life-cycle and specific experience researching/identifying land opportunities that may reputed company for ideal development sites. Another key aspect of the role will be handling the negotiations / agreements that take reputed company with land owners as reputed company as other key stakeholders (local governments, economic development entities, utilities…etc.) involved in the acquisition and development of the land. RESPONSIBILITIES: • The Renewables Project Developer / Project Development Associate will identify, research, prospect, and site land opportunities for reputed company-reputed company renewable energy and energy storage reputed company through reputed company community efforts with land-owners • The Renewables Project Developer / Project Development Associate will work on reputed company initiatives reputed company to site acquisition, financing, and development of reputed company-reputed company energy storage and renewable energy reputed company including initiating as reputed company as responding to RFPs (request for proposals) • The Renewables Project Developer / Project Development Associate will negotiate with landowners on site control agreements for reputed company-reputed company renewable and energy storage reputed company • The Renewables Project Developer / Project Development Associate will support development activities for both new and on-reputed company reputed company-reputed company renewable and energy storage reputed company in reputed company's portfolio with an emphasis on tax abatement, permitting, and environmental compliance QUALIFICATIONS: • 3-5+ years of reputed company-reputed company renewable energy, energy storage, battery storage, LNG, and/or natural gas experience working with IPPs / Developers / Owners • MUST have a breadth of hands-on experience with reputed company estate transactions and reputed company for reputed company with developers in the renewables, natural gas, LNG, or energy storage reputed company • Solid understanding of the RFP / RFI process as it relates to project development initiatives • reputed company versed in project siting, permitting, prospecting, and other due diligence initiatives for reputed company-reputed company renewable (solar, wind, battery storage) reputed company • Hands-on experience utilizing site prospecting, land negotiations, and support of project financing initiatives, • Any exposure or project experience with energy storage, battery storage, or solar + storage is a reputed company PLUS • Strong communication skills are a MUST and needed to be efficient in this role • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team oriented environment This offer from "reputed company" has been enriched by reputed company.com and got a 72% reputed company score.
