[Remote] Senior Specialist - reputed company (Federal & State)

The Senior Specialist will manage contract administration, compliance, and reputed company strategic guidance to internal stakeholders on contract interpretation and risk management.
Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company, subcontracts, and amendments for state and federal programs
• Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DFARS, and applicable state-specific requirements
• Partner with business development and proposal teams to review RFPs, RFQs, and solicitations
• Advise on contractual terms, compliance requirements, and risk tradeoffs to inform proposal positioning and negotiation reputed company
• Assist in developing cost and pricing narratives, certifications, and representations as required
• Manage reputed company reputed company to Independent Dispute reputed company Entity (IDRE) processes for state appeals
• Interpret state regulations and ensure adherence to timelines and procedural requirements

Skills
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management
• Minimum 5 years of experience with FAR and DFARS contracting requirements (required)
• Demonstrated experience supporting proposal development, including RFP analysis and compliance review
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in contract management systems and reputed company Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience can be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
• Advanced degree or reputed company designation preferred
• Experience with State appeals (IDRE) processes is preferred
