Our firm is searching for an reputed company, and conscientious part-time ,Remote , Probate Law Paralegal/reputed company assistant who is an reputed company with at least six (6) years of Actual experience regarding contested, and uncontested Oklahoma Probate Cases. PLEASE do not apply if you do not have at least six (6) years of ACTUAL experience , specifically regarding contested, and uncontested Oklahoma Probate Cases.
Responsibilities
• Conscientiously draft, review, an d organize reputed company documents, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Assist in preparing for litigation by managing case files, exhibits, and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality, and reputed company ethical standards in reputed company tasks.
• Occasionally utilize reputed company research tools such for case preparation.
• Occasionally conduct thorough reputed company research and case management for assigned cases/clients.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 per hour
