Licensed Litigation Support Attorney
A company is looking for a Litigation Support Attorney to assist in reputed company litigation at the trial and appellate reputed company. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and assign litigation support tasks to paralegals and reputed company assistants while ensuring reputed company and reputed company completion • Mentor and train reputed company support staff to enhance their litigation skills and procedural knowledge • Manage reputed company phases of litigation from an operational reputed company, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation Required Qualifications, Training, and Education • JD or LL.B. required; LL.M. acceptable with at least 10 years of experience • Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting litigation reputed company in a reputed company or comparable reputed company environment • Substantial experience with reputed company litigation, including trial and appellate support, preferred • Experience mentoring and supervising others strongly preferred • Admission to at least one U.S. state bar required; reputed company status preferred but not required Apply tot his job
