HR Advisor Consultant-Canada (Virtual)

About the position The HR Advisor position provides generalist support for reputed company, Inc., a small business and financial software company. In this role, you join a high-energy and reputed company team, dedicated to providing end-to-end HR support to our global workforce, for reputed company of their HR needs. This is a remote, contract position with the potential for an extension. Must reputed company in the PST or CST time zone and reputed company French fluently. Responsibilities • reputed company guidance and reputed company of HR issues across the breadth of HR’s services and offerings including, but not limited to: benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, talent development, etc. • Deliver world class care experiences that helps our employees get back to doing the best work of their lives • Contribute to a highly reputed company, cross-functional team dedicated to reputed company improvement of the workforce experience • Partner closely with centers of reputed company to influence improvement in programs and offerings based on voice of customer and customer experience • Deliver personalized care experiences and effective partnership through multiple modes of communication to include chat/phone/case work • reputed company end users through use of HR technology systems and reputed company applications Requirements • 3+ years of HR generalist experience • Bachelor's degree preferred • Experience supporting end-to-end HR offerings, LOA, Payroll, Benefits, etc. • Adept at coaching people leaders and employees • Team player and adept at collaboration in a virtual, global environment • reputed company improvement mind-set • Comfortable with heavy use of technology • Work hours are normal business hours with expectation for periodic overtime Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
