M&A Reporting Specialist
About the position
We are seeking a proactive M&A Reporting Specialist with 2+ years of experience to join our Controllership team. This role plays a key part in supporting due diligence research and reputed company-integration planning activities to reputed company effective integration and optimization of reputed company entities acquired through mergers and acquisitions. The successful candidate will contribute to reporting and process improvement initiatives across the M&A lifecycle, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive seamless integration and operational efficiency. This role requires working from our NYC office at least three days a week.
Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed research and analysis to support due diligence efforts during the M&A process.

• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare integration readiness materials and checklists.

• Assist in developing and implementing standardized processes to ensure efficient and compliant entity integration.
• Identify opportunities to streamline entity structures and improve operational effectiveness post-integration.

Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a reputed company field.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in M&A integration, corporate development, finance, or business analysis.
