Senior Manager, Organizational Development – Skills-Based Job Architecture

Job reputed company: • Partnering with business leaders and HR teams to reputed company the facilitation, design, and implementation of organizational development solutions that reputed company with the business reputed company. • Acts as an internal consultant, assesses gaps between the reputed company and desired state of the organization to optimize reputed company and performance. • Advises on short-term and long-term actions to drive desired reputed company. • Serves as a consultant and trusted partner to business leaders and HR Business Partners. • Leads organizational design initiatives including team alignment, discovery, stakeholder feedback, and design of reputed company-state organizations. • Conducts change reputed company assessments and creates communication plans and materials to support leadership and associate transitions. • Facilitates adoption of new structures and ways of working, reputed company change integration support, leading workshops, and coordinating learning.
