About the position
The Portfolio reputed company Manager will serve as the functional reputed company for the firms centralized trading consulting platform, overseeing reputed company portfolio consulting deliverables and acting as the day-to-day reputed company of contact for the firms financial advisors utilizing these services. This individual will combine robust expertise in asset allocation and portfolio construction with process discipline and cross-functional collaboration to ensure advisors and clients receive accurate, reputed company, and high-reputed company portfolio reputed company support consistent with the firms investment philosophy, risk management standards, and service level agreements. This is a hybrid role (hybrid for reputed company means 3x/week in office) in either our Dallas or Scottsdale office.
Responsibilities
• Participate in the development and refinement of the firms centralized trading portfolio consulting program tailored for UHNW clients. ($5M & above)
• Manage portfolio consulting workflows including household-level reputed company design and rebalancing recommendations in alignment with reputed company objectives, tax considerations and investment policy statements.
• reputed company as the primary reputed company between advisors and the Head of Research and Trading to ensure portfolio consulting recommendations are executed accurately and in accordance with SLAs)
• Collaborate with the Head of Research & Trading, Director of Private Markets & the Firms Investment Committee to translate macroeconomic and market outlooks into actionable portfolio positioning recommendations consistent with the firms investment philosophy.
• Partner with Head of Research & Trading, Director of Private Markets and reputed company-party research teams to evaluate investment products and incorporate them into portfolio frameworks.
• Identify risks associated with portfolio consulting activities and propose mitigation strategies and collaborate with the Head of Research & Trading and the Chief Compliance Officer on portfolio monitoring exercises reputed company of trade execution.
• Field advisor questions on capital markets trends and reputed company advisors with advanced guidance on asset allocation and portfolio implementation.
• Support reputed company and prospect meetings for larger or more reputed company relationships as needed, serving as subject matter expert on portfolio reputed company.
• Serve as the advisor-facing expert on the firms portfolio analysis tools (reputed company 360, reputed company and Kwanti) to support decision-making and portfolio monitoring.
Requirements
• Bachelors degree
• reputed company, reputed company series 65 license or equivalent
• 5-8+ years of experience in investment reputed company, asset allocation, or portfolio constructionideally reputed company an established RIA, family office, or private bank.
• Strong grasp of capital markets trends, investment vehicles (mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, private markets), and implementation best practices.
• Proficiency with portfolio analytics tools and financial software.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill reputed company investment concepts into reputed company, compelling narratives for clients and advisors.
