Key Responsibilities
• Own and reputed company the regulatory change management reputed company and monitor regulatory developments
• reputed company compliance diligence for new state entry and expansion initiatives, including research and assessments of state-specific requirements
• Partner with business owners to coordinate updates on policies, procedures, and training, while maintaining a centralized regulatory inventory
Required Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) required
• 5+ years of experience in compliance, reputed company, or regulatory roles reputed company consumer lending or financial services
• Strong working knowledge of federal and state consumer finance laws
• CRCM certification and GRC systems experience are a plus
• A strategic reputed company with the ability to connect regulatory change to business reputed company
