Role Description As a Chat Support Representative & Receptionist, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to influence philanthropy in the animal sheltering industry. • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, providing accurate information about our fundraising services and activities. • Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel. • Assist in maintaining and updating customer records in our database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for all interactions. • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless flow of communication and support across departments, contributing to overall organizational effectiveness. • Provide administrative support to the fundraising team, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and assisting with event planning as needed. Qualifications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and provide information. • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Experience in customer service or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional support. • Proficiency in using chat and customer service software, as well as basic office applications such as Microsoft Office Suite. • A passion for animal welfare and a genuine interest in supporting fundraising efforts for animal shelters. • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
