CNA / Nurse Aide Education SME (Content Review + Creation)
We are looking for a U.S.-based CNA / Nurse Aide education expert to support an early-stage workforce training product.
This is not a heavy content creation role. Instead, you will:
- Review existing CNA-related training content for accuracy
- Advise on what topics, skills, and scenarios matter most for U.S. Nurse Aide pathways
- Help identify which instructional concepts translate best into short video or scenario-based learning
- Flag outdated, inaccurate, or misleading information
- You will not be responsible for filming videos or building lessons from scratch.

Responsibilities
- Review CNA / Nurse Aide training content for U.S. accuracy and relevance
- Provide feedback on scope, sequencing, and realism of scenarios
- Advise on certification prep vs. real-world readiness gaps
- Suggest improvements to clarity, terminology, and learner expectations
Requirements
- Current or former CNA, Nurse Aide instructor, or program coordinator
- 5+ years experience in U.S.-based CNA / Nurse Aide education (7+ preferred)
- Strong understanding of CNA certification expectations and common student challenges
- Comfortable giving clear, practical feedback (written or verbal)
Must be based in the United States
Pennsylvania-based is a plus, but not required
Engagement Details
- Part-time, advisory / review-based work
- Estimated 3–8 hours per week (flexible)
- Remote
- Short-term to start, with potential for ongoing work
