Strategic Finance and Investor Relations Manager

We are seeking a Strategic Finance & Investor Relations Manager to support monday.com’s growing public-company finance function. This role sits at the intersection of investor communications, corporate development, financial planning, and strategic analysis, partnering closely with the Head of Investor Relations, Head of Corporate Development, CFO, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the investment community, with opportunities to shape external messaging and internal decision-making as monday.com continues to scale. For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $200,000 - $220,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience.
