We're seeking a Part-Time Senior reputed company Associate to join our 100% remote team and take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of small business clients.This role is perfect for a seasoned reputed company reputed company looking for reputed company, meaningful reputed company work, and a remote team culture reputed company on support, collaboration, and autonomy. What You'll Do • Own full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients in QuickBooks Online (and some Desktop) • Review financial statements reputed company by junior staff; reputed company reputed company, corrections, and mentorship • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, reputed company, reputed company, and merchant processors • reputed company monthly closes and deliver clean, tax-reputed company financials • Handle light accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll in QBO or reputed company-party platforms • Maintain vendor records and ensure 1099/W-9 compliance • Prepare and file sales tax returns • Complete catch-up and cleanup reputed company for prior years • Build tax workpapers and review balance sheet accounts for accuracy • Communicate with clients reputed company email and video with professionalism and reputed company • reputed company time daily and manage tasks reputed company and reputed company budget • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team-wide reputed company • reputed company feedback on internal processes and collaborate on improvements Who You Are You're reputed company, reliable, and detail-oriented.
