[Remote] Senior System Administrator, Logistics

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Owner is scaling its hardware fulfillment operations and is seeking a systems leader to enhance their logistics infrastructure. The role involves evaluating, implementing, and owning a WMS integrated with ERP and Salesforce, with responsibilities including architecting solutions, building integrations, and driving user adoption. Responsibilities • Own WMS/ERP implementation from configuration through go-live • Architect deep Salesforce integrations maintaining customer-facing visibility • Design multi-system data flows across warehouse, finance, CRM • Optimize order management, RMA, inventory, and procurement workflows • Partner with Finance on asset tracking and reconciliation • Drive adoption through training, documentation, and change management • Future-proof logistics operations for 3-5x growth trajectory Skills • 5+ years implementing WMS and ERP systems with deep Salesforce integrations • Experience with hardware fulfillment or physical product operations (e-commerce, DTC, hardware SaaS) • Fulfillment domain knowledge: order management, multi-warehouse inventory, RMA processes, procurement workflows • Hands-on experience implementing WMS platforms (Fishbowl, Cin7, Blue Yonder, ShipHero, Extensiv) • ERP systems expertise (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) • Strong Salesforce admin skills and custom development knowledge • Deep integration knowledge (APIs, webhooks, middleware platforms) • Cross-functional collaboration translating technical into business value • Pragmatic execution: balance speed with quality, ship MVPs, own problems end-to-end • High-growth startup experience preferred Benefits • Comprehensive health coverage • Work from anywhere (100% remote workplace) • Unlimited PTO • Extra fun perks Company Overview • Owner.com makes online growth easy for restaurants.
