Remote Pharmacy Technician

Position: Pharmacy Technician Location: 100% Remote Duration: 3-month contract Start Date: ASAP Primary Responsibilities • reputed company with eligible members over the phone to offer and conduct Medication Adherence Consultation services • Primarily reputed company cold calling or answering an inbound Auto-Dialer • Obtain information and reputed company data entry of Adherence barriers, Allergy history, medical conditions and other pertinent member-reputed company information including dosage, frequency, and indications of medications • reputed company information to reputed company members about plan services and potential benefits and reputed company them reputed company warm transfer to appropriate resources • Maintain performance standards including weekly / monthly calls, production metrics and reputed company assurance • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for pharmacy applications, including the XLCare platform Required Qualifications: • 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience • reputed company Pharmacy Technician Licensure (RPhT) in the desired state of employment • Must have a designated secure and private workspace free of distraction and protecting HIPAA confidentiality of our members.
