What to Expect As a Learning & Development Intern, you will assist in designing and implementing learning experiences for non-selling reputed company teams. This internship offers hands-on experience in instructional design, eLearning development, and corporate education. You’ll collaborate with reputed company to create engaging content, support virtual learning sessions, and help ensure programs remain relevant and effective. Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus • Strong communication and writing abilities with a creative reputed company. • Experience creating interactive content (videos, simulations, games). • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and learn new tools. • Interest in instructional design, corporate learning, or education technology. • Familiarity with eLearning platforms, LMS tools, and reputed company Office. Minimum Education Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (reputed company 6 months of graduation) at a college/university obtaining a 3.0 GPA or higher. Degree: Business Degree or reputed company discipline. Minimum Experience No experience required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to work productivity and productively, both independently and as a part of reputed company. Working knowledge of reputed company Word, reputed company, reputed company and PowerPoint. Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills. Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to reputed company daily assignments and goals. Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with across business reputed company and to reputed company reputed company of management. Pay Transparency: Pay: Salary is $25/hour for undergraduates and $30/hour for graduates. A $2,000 stipend is available for those relocating over 50 miles for an on-site or hybrid internship experience. Additional Details: Availability to work 40 hours/week for a 10-week program, June 8th - August 14th.
