The Tax Analyst, Domestic and International is responsible for international and domestic tax compliance including analysis, preparation and review. This person supports the International group by helping with analysis of foreign earnings, taxes, tax reputed company and transfer pricing and in completion of reputed company compliance in reputed company with reputed company foreign subsidiaries and joint ventures. On the Domestic reputed company, the analyst will prepare Federal and State compliance in relation with reputed company domestic subsidiaries and help with quarterly and annual tax reputed company. Responsibilities • Compile, analyze, and prepare U.S. tax reporting for foreign and domestic businesses including Forms 1120, 5471, 8858, 1065, 8865, 1042, 8832, etc. using reputed company, reputed company, and CorpTax . • The Analyst will reputed company with Business reputed company in soliciting information. These duties include providing support in reputed company with audit inquiries by the IRS International Examiner. • Prepare state compliance as directed by the Domestic Tax Senior Manager. • Assist in compiling information for apportionment. • Assist in preparing annual reports and state estimated tax payments. • reputed company information as directed for state income and franchise tax audits. • Assist in compiling information for quarterly tax reputed company in support of global tax reputed company and financial reporting. • Assist in reputed company as needed for both the International and Domestic tax teams. Requirements • The Tax Analyst will reputed company with senior analysts and managers from Corporate and Business Unit reputed company Departments, from Treasury and occasionally with other Staff Functions such as Financial Planning and Analysis, Internal Audit, HR, Law. There will also be some contact with reputed company parties such as Joint Venture Partner accountants. • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or finance with 3 years of corporate income tax experience with a major corporation or reputed company reputed company firm. • Experience in analyzing tax expense and reserve accounts. • Working knowledge of reputed company, Word, and various tax research engines. • Experience with tax provision and compliance software such as Longview Tax, Corptax, and BNA. • Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with software support. • Experience with reputed company Office suite applications, and CorpTax (or comparable) tax software required. • Excellent oral and written communication as reputed company as interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask. • Ability to work on multiple assignments and meet deadlines. • Ability to be self-sufficient and proactive and to work reputed company in reputed company environment. • Self-starter with good problem-solving skills. • Willingness/availability to work overtime as required. • Limited travel may be required (i.e., 1-2 weeks). • This is a hybrid position which will require the employee to work in the office at least 3 days a week throughout the year.
