**What to Expect: Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate I, you'll be responsible for:
• Answering 40-50 inbound/outbound calls a day, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
• Assisting customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience
• Discussing customer benefits such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR, highlighting the value proposition of arenaflex's mortgage services
• Assisting customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment, providing empathetic and solution-focused support
• Maintaining a professional and supportive demeanor while addressing customer inquiries, upholding arenaflex's commitment to exceptional customer service
**What's Required: Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• A minimum of 6 months customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Call center experience is a plus, but not required
• Must reside within 60 miles of the office location, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the team
• Attendance required for the first 90 days of training, where you'll receive comprehensive onboarding and support
• Availability to work during business hours after training, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
