**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Remote Live Chat Agent / Appointment Setter to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for interacting with customers via live chat, addressing their inquiries, providing timely and accurate information, and scheduling appointments as needed. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Live Chat Agent / Appointment Setter, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
### Live Chat Support
