**Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Alternate Investments Reconciliation and Trade Processing (Remote)**

Our team of experts is dedicated to providing top-notch support to our clients, and we are seeking a skilled Data Entry Clerk to join our ranks. **Job Summary** As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments. Your primary duties will include processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles, identifying and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, and processing corporate activity activities. You will also be responsible for settling and reconciling transactions, processing and reconciling returns activity, and analyzing complex escalated issues. Additionally, you will be expected to test and validate new innovation enhancements and provider modifications. **Key Responsibilities** * Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents * Process corporate activity activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity * Analyze complex/escalated issues and perform testing/validation of new innovation enhancements and provider modifications * Complete projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile * Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams via email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce * Collaborate with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners to ensure seamless operations **Duties and Analysis** * Review subscription deals or transfer requests * Identify and address Client/Advisor account exceptions * Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3) * Reconcile Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks * Reconcile across BOS and Fund Companies * Review and analyze correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding * Troubleshoot internal/external system issues or concerns * Identify root cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc. * Provide method or innovation service alternatives to Management * Remediate transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm * Provide follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues * Promptly and accurately finalize client investing and dividend demands **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of experience in data entry, trade processing, or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce * Strong attention to detail and accuracy **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the financial services industry, specifically in trade processing and reconciliation * Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3) * Familiarity with TD Ameritrade systems and processes * Experience with data analysis and reporting tools * Certification in data entry or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** * arenaflex offers a comprehensive training program to ensure your success in your role * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company * Collaborative and dynamic work environment that fosters learning and development * Access to industry-leading training and development programs * Competitive salary and benefits package **Work Environment and Company Culture** * arenaflex is a remote-friendly company that offers a flexible and autonomous work environment * Collaborative and dynamic work environment that fosters learning and development * Strong focus on employee growth and development * Competitive salary and benefits package * Access to industry-leading training and development programs **Compensation, Perks, and Benefits** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Access to industry-leading training and development programs * Comprehensive training program to ensure your success in your role * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company * Collaborative and dynamic work environment that fosters learning and development **Equal Opportunity Employer** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
