You'll work from the comfort of your own home, choosing your own hours and schedule. Our hours of operation are from reputed company to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST, and you'll be reputed company available hours weekly. You can choose the shifts that work best for you, and we prefer hours of availability from Monday to reputed company, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. **What does a CAT Customer Service Representative do?** As a CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll apply the latest customer service techniques and learn our account management systems while helping improve the customer experience during a difficult time.
