You will work on a wide range of projects, keeping your role exciting, exposing you to various service-providing industries, including consulting and advisory, financial, tax, audit, data subscriptions, translations, temporary workers, managed services, etc., and enabling your growth in strategic thinking, relationship building, innovative problem-solving, process improvement, innovation sourcing, and other key skills to make you a strong business leader. **Responsibilities:** As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans and contractual arrangements through competitive bids and agreement negotiations. This includes: * Participating and leading cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders * Evaluating providers and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria * Developing and leading RFI/RFP process for professional services according to arenaflex policies and procedures * Analyzing bids based on overall cost/delivery to identify opportunities to obtain the best value * Preparing and executing clear, data-driven negotiation techniques using Strategic Sourcing methodology * Preparing and executing contracts, as well as performing post-award administration * Understanding and supporting the development and execution of performance control programs with providers focusing on quality, responsiveness, and cost * Ensuring compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices * Communicating and documenting to management the status of any critical external relationships that may impact planning and decision-making * Analyzing market trends and conditions affecting internal stakeholders and external providers or pricing * Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with current business best practices * Demonstrating exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances * Showing expertise with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements **Key Skills and Qualifications:** * 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience with a minimum of 2 years of professional services sourcing experience * Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels * Strong strategic agility * Strong analytical skills * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Strong negotiation skills * Ability to collaborate in a team environment * Internal client awareness * Ability/choice to work in various environments * Ability to handle ambiguity * Knowledge of: + Sourcing & Procurement processes + Basic legal terms & conditions + Entertainment industry trends and conditions + Proven expertise with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements + Established experience working with the legal department on subjects regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services * Professional Services Sourcing history is a plus * Consulting/Advisory history is a plus **Required Education:** * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary range of $25 to $30 per hour * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and talented team * Professional development and growth opportunities * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Generous paid time off and holidays * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and experienced strategic sourcing professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application through our website.
