**Experienced Customer Success Associate – Nuuly Weekend Day Shift (Part-Time Remote)**

We're seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team on a part-time, remote basis, working weekend shifts from Friday to Sunday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through various channels, including telephone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service and support, ensuring that each interaction is handled with care and professionalism. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a friendly and relatable manner
* Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
* Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line
* Collecting and sharing feedback with external teams to ensure that customer needs are being met effectively
* Collaborating with the Customer Success Management team to meet or exceed established service level agreements (SLAs)
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
* A passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
* On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business

* A finger on the pulse of relevant media and lifestyle trends, fashion, and culture
