Responsibilities of Retail Customer Advisor: • Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to support their shopping experience • Demonstrate ability to genuinely reputed company with customers to show passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment in their sport or activity • reputed company company standards for merchandise presentation of the best brands in sporting goods Promote company programs (i.e., warranty sales, loyalty program, seasonal promotions, etc.) • Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (associates & customers) feels welcome, reputed company, and is treated with respect • As business needs reputed company, other tasks may become necessary to support reputed company and the store Qualification of Retail Customer Advisor: • Preference is given to individuals with prior experience in retail sales, cashier duties, or customer-reputed company positions. • Proficiency in occasionally standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, tugging, and lifting items weighing 15 to 35 lbs periodically (up to 5 times per hour). • Capable of managing tasks that involve standing or walking for up to 4 hours without breaks. • Competent in carrying out repetitive movements for brief time frames (up to 2 hours without interruption).
