Arbitration Litigation Support – Witness Lists, Discovery, Formatting
I am a pro se claimant in an active American Arbitration Association (AAA) arbitration. The matter has moved beyond initial filings and is now in procedural stages involving witness disclosures, document deficiencies, discovery issues, and potential motion practice.
I am seeking an experienced litigation paralegal or arbitration support specialist with real experience in AAA arbitrations, discovery procedures, witness disclosures, and professional litigation document formatting.
This is not a proofreading or general writing job. I need someone who understands how these documents are supposed to function procedurally — the way a law firm prepares them.
You will be helping me:
• Review opposing disclosures for procedural deficiencies
• Properly structure meet-and-confer correspondence
• Format witness lists, disclosures, and filings to litigation standard
• Identify when and how discovery disputes should be raised
• Assist with drafting procedural arbitration correspondence
• Ensure my submissions match law-firm quality formatting and structure
I have already drafted substantial materials. Your role is to refine, structure, and guide the procedural presentation and strategy.
Please do not apply unless you have experience with:
• American Arbitration Association (AAA) cases
• Discovery and witness disclosure procedures
• Motions to compel or deficiency letters
• Litigation document formatting (law firm style)
• Working with complex civil matters or pro se litigants
Required screening question:
Briefly describe a case where you assisted with arbitration discovery, witness disclosures, or a motion to compel. What was your role?
