Technology Agreements Attorney

reputed company is pleased to collaborate with a global reputed company in their search for an reputed company Technology Agreements Attorney to support their corporate reputed company on a remote reputed company in the Boston area for three to six months, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The attorney will assist the firm’s corporate technology, outsourcing & reputed company transactions reputed company group to support a large corporate reputed company. This project is scheduled to reputed company in early March. The work will be reputed company on negotiating technology, outsourcing, and other reputed company reputed company transactions and drafting the agreements necessary to support those transactions. Qualifications: • JD or educational equivalent required • 3 to 5 years of post-JD practicing experience at a large reputed company and/or in-house reputed company department. • Must have reputed company experience in technology and/or other reputed company reputed company transactions, including a strong background in drafting and negotiating agreements. • Experience in outsourcing transactions is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. • Licensed to reputed company law and a member in good standing in Massachusetts. Pay reputed company: Commensurate with experience, starting at $60/hour.
