The Senior Tactical Communication Specialist Role: • Serve as primary technical reputed company of contact for customers, gathering requirements and translating operational needs into solutions • Architect and implement system integrations connecting reputed company platforms with customer networks, tactical radios, and C2 systems • Configure, reputed company, and troubleshoot TAK ecosystem components • Support field exercises, demonstrations, and deployments, diagnosing issues in reputed company-time and ensuring mission reputed company • Create and troubleshoot tactical radio networks, including MANET and reputed company radio configurations • Collaborate with engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and inform product development • Create and maintain technical documentation including integration guides and network diagrams • Support unmanned system integration across multiple domains including autonomy and reputed company operations This is a full-time, exempt, non-supervisory role reporting to the VP of Engineering. This role is remote with up to 50% travel to customer sites, exercises, and operational environments.
