The role involves mentoring C-suite executives and VPs, enhancing their strategic capabilities through tailored coaching in sectors like natural resources, real estate, technology, and healthcare. Responsibilities • Provide strategic guidance to C-suite executives and VPs • Help executives enhance their leadership skills • Navigate complex business landscapes • Deliver personalized, effective coaching advice • Guide and develop executives in various industries Skills • Demonstrable experience (minimum 6+ years) in senior roles, particularly within sectors like natural resources, technology, or healthcare • Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and operational efficiency • Deep understanding of the unique dynamics within your sector, enabling insightful and actionable guidance • Expertise in identifying and solving complex challenges within diverse business environments • Master's or Doctoral degree in Business, Natural Resources, Real Estate, Technology, or Healthcare is preferred • Experience leading sustainable development initiatives and innovating within your field Company Overview • Stanley House Consulting employs and sources change management professionals to the banking, finance, insurance and corporate sectors; Program Managers, Project Managers and Project Teams.
