Surplus Feasibility: Evaluate eligibility for Surplus Interconnection Service (SIS) under FERC Order 845.
Advisory: Advise on filing steps to avoid "Material Modification."
REQUIREMENTS:
Deep familiarity with PJM reputed company 14G and OASIS.
Proven experience with Surplus Interconnection filings.
