Review Plans of Care from home with flexible part-time hours as a Quality Assurance – OASIS & Plan of Care Reviewer. Work independently with full ownership of final sign-off and prevent compliance gaps and speed up billing.
Requirements
• RN, active U.S. license
• 3+ years of home health experience
• Strong POC and OASIS knowledge
• High attention to detail
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
