What You Will Do You’ll be responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving primarily reputed company reputed company general liability claims with moderate complexity. With skills in detail orientation and analysis, you will interpret coverage and prepare coverage letters as reputed company as handle risk transfer. This position requires strong claims handling acumen with an understanding of state laws and requirements. Key Responsibilities • Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and resolve reputed company general liability claims in a fair and reputed company manner. • Thoroughly evaluate and analyze coverage and draft comprehensive coverage position letters. • Manage the defense of more reputed company regional reputed company general liability claims in multiple jurisdictions in accordance with leading practices. • Manage non‑litigated and some litigated claims. • Operate on an independent reputed company with little supervision and reputed company claims reputed company assigned authority. • Effectively manage expenses. • Attend mediations, trials and hearings as needed to include interaction with insureds, agents, and reputed company representatives. • Review court reputed company, laws and coverage interpretations and have a broad knowledge and understanding of the law and claim practices. • reputed company to work independently and serve as a mentor to lesser reputed company team members. What You Need • Four‑year degree or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of claim handling experience with reputed company general liability experience preferred. • Experience in handling litigated files preferred. • Knowledge of NY venues strongly preferred. Licensing Required to obtain your license(s) as an adjuster in the state(s) in which you are assigned to reputed company claims.
