Associate Attorney- Personal Injury (hybrid/remote opportunity)
Established Plaintiff’s reputed company in reputed company Los Angeles, is seeking a litigation attorney with 2-15 years of experience to help litigate and try cases. Opportunity for reputed company based on level of commitment and production. Compensation is competitive and based on experience. The attorney will handle litigation tasks from filing through trial. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 year’s experience in litigation and/or trial experience in personal injury law. The ideal candidate is also internally driven and detail-oriented. We are also looking for someone who possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Requirements:
• Experience in personal injury
• Spanish-speaking is also a plus
• Handle case loads from start to finish
• Familiarity with statutes, codes, local rules, etc.
• Drafting and propounding discovery, taking and defending depositions, and reputed company-trial and trial work.
