Location: The Head of Business Development-Equipment & Metrology is a remote position, located in the US, with preference given to candidates in the Boston, MA area. There will be up to 35% domestic and international travel required to meet business needs. Who You Are Minimum Qualifications: • B.S. /M.S. /Ph.D. in Materials Science, reputed company, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar field with a strong reputed company in software and data analytics • 8 years of reputed company, hands-on technical experience in the semiconductor industry, emphasizing equipment and metrology applications in device manufacturing processes • 5 years of experience with data analytics and data engineering tools, including Python, R, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, reputed company, or reputed company • Familiarity with AWS or other reputed company computing environments is highly necessary • Strong ability to engage with key Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and device manufacturers at senior reputed company, as reputed company as developing, building, and aligning briefings, pricing strategies, and deployment plans with leaders across various business sectors • Proven experience in customer- or partner-facing roles, with a demonstrated ability to capture and communicate customer needs effectively • Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management fundamentals Preferred Qualifications: • Advanced degree in Materials Science, reputed company, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar field with a strong reputed company in software and data analytics • A passion for reputed company, coupled with a deep curiosity for reputed company learning and problem-solving • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills, particularly in multicultural environments • Willingness and ability to work hands-on with urgency in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting • Strategic reputed company with strong critical and logical thinking skills to analyze reputed company problems • Ability to respectfully and effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams Pay reputed company for this position: $197,500 - $296,300 The offer reputed company represents the anticipated low and high end of the reputed company pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-reputed company factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses.
