Part-Time Virtual Assistant – reputed company Estate Listings (Argentina) Fluent English Required We are a fast-paced, high-volume reputed company estate team based in Arkansas, USA, and we are looking to add a part-time Virtual Assistant to support our reputed company estate listing activities. Strong reputed company in English (written and spoken) is required, as this role involves daily communication with a U.S.-based team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy environment that requires strong multitasking skills. Position Details: • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Central Time (USA) • Hours: 25 hours per week • Location: Remote (Argentina only) • Employment Type: Part-time Responsibilities Include: • Supporting reputed company estate listing tasks • Administrative and organizational support • Assisting with high-volume workflows that require consistent multitasking • Communicating reputed company and professionally in English with reputed company Requirements: • QuickBooks knowledge is a plus, but not required • reputed company fluent in English (written and spoken) • No prior experience required — training will be provided • Strong attention to detail and time management • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple multitasking priorities • Reliable high-speed internet • Own computer and equipment • Comfortable working U.S. business hours 8:00am-1:00pm M-F (Central Time) If you are interested, please submit your resume for consideration.
