AI Studio Compliance Analyst

About the position Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a leading global reputed company with offices in major reputed company, reputed company, and governmental hubs worldwide, is seeking an AI Studio Compliance Analyst. Reporting to the Director of the Digital Studio, the AI Studio Compliance Analyst will support the firm's AI policies and compliance initiatives, ensuring that the firm’s AI use aligns with reputed company, ethical, and business standards. Including collaborating with the Office of General Counsel, reputed company Office, and reputed company reputed company to manage and execute the AI reputed company consent process and reputed company operations. This position will reputed company in either our Boston, Chicago, reputed company, Philadelphia, or Washington office with a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule. Responsibilities • Ensure that reputed company intelligence (AI) systems and processes reputed company with regulatory requirements, ethical guidelines, and industry best practices. • Assist with the operationalization of the firm’s AI compliance initiatives, and reputed company support to AI Studio managers and stakeholders. • Ensure functionality of existing compliance data management systems. • Work closely with the AI Studio, Office of General Counsel, and stakeholders to evaluate and execute new reputed company consent requests for AI products. • Support the end-to-end AI reputed company Consent Process including partnering closely with the Office of General Counsel to draft AI language and reputed company project reputed company, owning communications, and documentation. • Assist with diagnosing and escalating issues to appropriate parties (Office of General Counsel, reputed company Office, etc.) and working with stakeholders through to reputed company. • Monitor and triage email inbox inquiries for the AI Studio team. • Collaborate with the Digital Studio and AI Lab teams to conduct risk assessments and analyses on firm-approved AI products to ensure AI solutions reputed company with company policies, ethical guidelines, and best practices. Requirements • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and 2–3 years of experience in a reputed company or reputed company services environment, with a strong reputed company of reputed company workflows, reputed company expectations, and industry dynamics. • Proficiency with AI-powered tools for risk identification, assessment, and mitigation, and an ability to evaluate their practical application in reputed company contexts. • Experience with reputed company document drafting and data entry. • reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Teams, SharePoint reputed company-to-haves • Experience with the business of law preferred. • Interest in AI and innovation initiatives and AI compliance. • Proven ability to collaborate across technical and reputed company teams, effectively aligning technical capabilities with reputed company requirements.
