Influencer Manager / Talent Management Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a Mid-level Influencer Manager with strong experience in managing commercial campaigns, creator portfolios, and client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who has deep connections with brands and agencies, manages high-value influencer projects, and can lead both creators and internal teams.
You will be responsible for maximizing creator revenue, maintaining long-term brand partnerships, and overseeing end-to-end influencer campaign execution.
Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of 20–50 signed influencers, ensuring long-term growth and stable commercial output
• Lead end-to-end influencer campaign management, including pricing, proposals, execution, and delivery
• Maintain and expand relationships with brands, agencies, and advertisers
• Represent influencers in commercial negotiations and protect creator interests
• Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance outcomes
• Drive revenue growth across the creator portfolio
• Coordinate and manage internal teams (account managers, coordinators, assistants)
• Optimize internal workflows, reporting processes, and campaign SOPs
• Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retainer / repeat campaigns
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of influencer / KOL commercial management experience
• Proven track record managing brand and agency campaigns
• Existing brand-side and agency-side networks are required
• Experience managing influencer projects with USD $1M+ cumulative campaign value
• Ability to manage 20–50 creators simultaneously
• Ability to manage a team of 3-10 members team
• Strong negotiation, pricing, and contract management skills
• Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
• Comfortable handling multiple campaigns and priorities at the same time

Nice to Have
• Experience with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube commercial campaigns
• Background in MCN, talent agency, influencer marketing agency
• Familiar with North America influencer market
• Bilingual (English / Chinese) is a plus
