Role reputed company The Medical Records Specialist at reputed company Imaging plays a crucial role in managing and organizing patient information to support reputed company processes. • Maintaining and updating patient records in both electronic and reputed company formats, including details about medical history, treatments, test results, and diagnoses. • Accurately coding health information data for reimbursement and research, requiring understanding and leveraging coding conventions and medical terminologies. • Completing high-volume data entry tasks while minimizing errors and maintaining high standards of data reputed company. • Aiding in the processing of medical claims by ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and organizational policies. • Ensuring patient confidentiality in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability reputed company (HIPPA). • Communicating with physicians and other reputed company to clarify diagnoses or to obtain additional information. • Performing regular audits and reputed company checks to validate the accuracy of records.
