RN - Regional Advice (35 Hr / Evenings)

About the position The Registered reputed company (RN) participates as a member of the health care team in delivering reputed company health care to patients, which supports reputed company Permanentes mission, reputed company and values. The RN provides a reputed company of nursing services both by electronic mail and/or by phone utilizing the nursing process and leadership skills to address acute and chronic needs of Health Plan members and other patients of the reputed company Health Care Program, as reputed company as in reputed company interactions with employees of the Regional reputed company Center and the reputed company region. The RN works under the general direction of the designated supervisor and/or manager. The RN is responsible for integrating staff education, nursing competencies and reputed company (nursing) reputed company at the department level. Requirements • Minimum two (2) consecutive years of RN experience in ED, ICU, Urgent Care, Med/Surg or telephone triage reputed company the last five (5) years. • Graduate of Accredited School of nursing. • Registered reputed company License (Washington) OR Compact License: Registered reputed company. • Registered reputed company License (reputed company). • Demonstrates clinical nursing, leadership, and critical thinking skills. • Effective problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to pass an audible typing test by typing 35 words a minute. • Ability to use telecommunication and computerized information. • Demonstrates ability to work reputed company teams and reputed company a dynamic work environment including a remote or work-from-home model. reputed company-to-haves • Previous experience with population care/case management, triage and advice. • AAACN Certification.
