Strategic Sourcing & Contract Intern
Join Nasdaq as a Strategic Sourcing & Contract Intern to support procurement projects, vendor management, and contract processes in a dynamic global finance environment.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
• Driving projects to design and implement best business practices, process improvements, and sourcing strategies.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors on quotes, purchases, and compliance, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Assisting with vendor onboarding, contract preparation, payments, and staff reimbursements while maintaining accurate records.
• Participating in supplier selection, negotiations, and contract implementation to achieve cost-effective procurement and operational excellence.
• Contributing to supply chain setup and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product availability, lead time, and inventory turnover.
About You

• Currently pursuing a degree in finance, computer science, or business.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Basic skills in Excel, programming languages, or visualization tools like Power BI.
• Nice-to-have: internship or project experience, involvement in student organizations, volunteering or leadership roles, and familiarity with emerging Gen AI technology and concepts.
