Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for preparing sales quotes and proposals, researching products, and providing sales support to our Business Technology Advisors (BTAs). Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, advanced grammatical and writing abilities, and attention to detail will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sales quotes and proposals for BTAs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Research products and services to support the successful implementation and onboarding of complex IT projects
- Interact with clients, BTAs, project managers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate project work and provide sales support
- Build vendor relationships to foster the highest margins possible and determine the best price/promotion/availability for products
- Process orders correctly and timely to promote the success of IT projects
- Maintain client information related to renewals, manage software and license expirations, and improve the customer experience
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Microsoft Office experience, particularly in Excel and Word
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented approach
- Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
- Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade, with a college degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following skills and experience will be advantageous:
- Experience in the IT industry, particularly in managed services or cybersecurity
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools
- Certifications in customer service, sales, or a related field
