About the Role
The Customer Service Representative is the primary liaison between our customers and our field staff and sales professionals. Your mission will be to provide the highest level of service by building tremendous value through engaging and compelling employee and customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of productivity, responding to incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads, and identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. You should be able to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset and have an encouraging and motivating personality. A polished and professional demeanor, self-motivation, and discipline are also essential.
