Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Must live within the state of Kansas, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
• Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse, meeting the minimum technical specifications (8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core i3 equivalent or higher)
• Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT, with a strong commitment to learning and professional development
• Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Gaming experience is preferred, as it demonstrates your ability to multitask, think critically, and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
