Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Spanish Digital Collections Specialist to join our team, responsible for responding to borrowers via live chat and email, collecting past due payments, and providing tailored payment solutions to cure delinquency. As a key member of our collections team, you will maintain accurate records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers, as well as records of payments collected. Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with delinquent borrowers via live chat and email, providing empathetic and professional support to resolve payment issues
• Develop and implement effective solutions to help bring borrower's loans to a current status, ensuring timely payment and minimizing delinquency
• Process payments for borrowers with past due payments, ensuring accurate and efficient transaction processing
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will possess:
